This was my second order from Motorola Talkabout Radios. When I buy my motorola 53862 - hmn9026, I'll buy it from them. They have competitive prices, and no sales tax.

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the manner in which you helped me in getting my motorola 53862 - hmn9026 walkie talkie replaced.  I couldn't believe it but they arrived yesterday!  I know you had to of pulled some strings or at least got right on this as you knew I was desparate with the opening day of deer season starting on Saturday.  My father is 83 years of age and hasn't missed an opening day with me in 36 years we will now have the items to use so I can keep track of him. In today's world, customer service is sometimes hard to find. I can assure you that I am really impressed with your customer service!! 

I ordered late on a thursday night and requested the normal ups 3 day shipping. 53862 - HMN9026 arrived on Monday. very well packed. I was very impressed!!
