I had a problem with shipping my Professional Radios and they fixed it. I had a questioned and they responded with technical support. Response was less than 24 hours.

Professional Radios were here within 2 working days of placement.

Everything went fine and one item had to be replaced; they immediately sent a new government radios and a return postage label without any hassle. My only complaint is that I did not know this at the time as I sent them an email asking what to do with the broken one and 3 days later I receive an email with a UPS tracking number. I guessed that this was the new item and everything from this point on was fine. I would definitely order from them again: good prices and quick service.
